Three exercising ways for office workers
1). relax your muscles by crouching and standing
1. hold the edge of desk or the handrail of the staircase and relax all the muscles on your body.
2. breathe slowly, blow while crouching slowly and sniff while standing up slowly.
3. keep on doing this for at least eight times. If you sit in your chair for a long time, you will fell fuzzy and giddy. This exercising is very helpful for blood circulation and can prevent soreness, pain, numbness or a heavy sensation caused by sitting too long.
2) knees and joints movement
1. stand easily and relax all the muscles on your body.
2. keep your legs closer, bend your knees and turn your knees slowly.
3. Meanwhile, exercise the hip muscles to straighten your hip. While the knee joints are turning, your feet can leave the ground as the knee joint movement.
3) improving eyesight and waking up movement
1. separate your legs wider than your shoulder. Bend down and hang your hands and relax your head.
2. twist your waist left and right eight times and start the exercising.
3.touch your left foot with right finger points and stretch your right hand up forward as possible as you can.
4.touch your right foot with left finger points and stretch your left hand up forward as possible as you can.
5. keep on do this exercise at least 16 times. Lower down you head with slight movement. This exercise can improve the blood circulation and wake up you.
